A B2B marketing leader in the technology sector, Gabrielle is the former head of the UK & Ireland Field and ABM Marketing organisation for IBM, leading brand and priority account marketing teams to deliver client-focused, demand generation and relationship programmes.
Her experience, before a career in Marketing, was in Consulting Services, primarily in technology-driven, people and organisational transformation. This has given her a unique focus for Marketing and in particular, a drive for continuous improvement – across the dimensions of people, customer and organisation.
Recent highlights for Gabrielle have included the introduction of agile marketing and also the relaunch of Account Based Marketing within IBM UK – both with the aim of transforming ways of working and deepening customer and employee engagement.
