Christine Lee

As Director of Strategy and Operations (part of the Chief of Staff team) at GitLab, Christine’s role involves supporting the CEO and other team members on projects that are cross-functional or strategic priorities. Prior to joining GitLab, she led the Business Consulting and Analytics team at Bloomreach, where she managed relationships with our largest customers and helped them to get the most value out of our solutions and data.

Before that, Christine was a strategy consultant in Accenture’s High Tech industry group, where she helped technology organizations to identify and implement opportunities for revenue generation and operational efficiency improvement. At heart, Christine is a problem solver who loves diving into complex situations and helping to move things forward. She quickly builds trusted relationships with a diverse set of teammates and customers, and has a bias towards action and a record of driving multiple work streams to successful completion, often under challenging timelines.

Outside of work, she loves cooking, baking, gardening, listening to podcasts, hiking, traveling, and exploring restaurants around the bay area.
