Chantal Rapport is Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Growth at Upstart, the leading AI lending marketplace. Chantal oversees all aspects of marketing, brand, acquisition, and retention at Upstart, with the company’s AI at the core of its growth strategy. She has been responsible for driving billions of dollars in loan originations annually since joining the company in 2017.

Prior to Upstart, Chantal held roles in sales strategy and finance at Mulesoft through its IPO and worked as a management consultant for multiple Fortune 500 financial institutions. Chantal has also been recognized for her work in the community, supporting both arts therapy at Toronto’s SickKids Hospital, and San Francisco’s OffTheirPlate, which helped frontline workers and struggling restaurants in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic.
