As Chief Marketing Officer, Caroline is leading global efforts across marketing, events, and sales strategy, building connected commerce initiatives to fuel growth for Pax8 and its partners worldwide. She is responsible for the design and delivery of the global marketing vision and strategy, including demand generation, brand and creative, channel and events, PR, corporate communications, and marketing operations.
Caroline has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, holding global leadership roles across channel strategy, partner marketing, product marketing and digital sales & marketing. She spent several years in Asia, leading cloud channel strategy development, and serving as Microsoft 365 business group lead for Japan.
Caroline is a committed advocate for technology as a tool for equity and empowerment, currently serving on the board of Digitunity, a non-profit dedicated to eliminating the digital divide. She is also an environmental sustainability investor and a passionate defender of the world’s oceans and wild spaces.
She is a proud alumna of the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
