Cynthia is passionate about the intersection of technology and marketing and the impact on the consumer. She leverages her management consulting, marketing and digital background to bring a new perspective and build out capabilities. In every role, including her current role as Head of Marketing at Plenty, she’s built capabilities and teams from the ideation stage to strategy and implementation.

Leadership is another area of passion for Cynthia. From coaching young girls’ basketball teams to developing the people that I manage, she is a big believer in investing heavily in her teams.
