With 18 years of tech sales experience behind her, Erica Neal leads the Outbound Demand Generation team at The Marketing Practice after joining the company eight years ago. Erica’s role is focused on optimising The Marketing Practice’s demand generation team and their practices across calling, email and social media, and in more recent years, supporting agency clients and their inside sales teams with coaching to upskill and improve outcomes. Erica brings a sales lens to marketing campaigns and is passionate about Prospect Experience and the psychology of selling. Erica has worked very closely with Verizon on the GSI partner ABM campaign since its beginning, including working hands-on in the early prospecting phase.
