Jon is the Global Head of Customer Advocacy at Sage, responsible for Voice of the Customer content and the Sage Champions Club, an exclusive, online community of Sage superfans, who undertake acts of advocacy for Sage such as references, referrals and reviews. Jon has been an advocacy marketing expert for more than 20 years, with experience across a wide range of organisations including tech manufacturing, distribution, resell partners, ISVs and SaaS businesses. More recently Jon received the accolade of Advocate Marketer of the Year for 2020.
