Matthieu Baril leads Marketing Operations at Qualtrics for the EMEA region, where he builds processes for scale to achieve sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.
Previously, he spent six years at Causeway Technologies, where he launched the digital marketing team, growing it to ten people. He built out Causeway’s marketing automation, lead management and internal collaboration strategies. Matthieu is passionate about continuous improvement, advancing teams to the next level of marketing maturity, and being an intentional curator of experiences.
As a believer in interdisciplinary problem solving, Matthieu enjoys drawing on concepts from multiple fields to bring a fresh perspective to business decisions. Matthieu is also involved in The Balanced Life Project, which empowers young adults with community and tools to actively seek balance in their lives.
