Timo is Reddit’s VP of Business Marketing, driving the go-to-market strategy that showcases the power and effectiveness of Reddit’s ever-evolving advertising offering. He leads the team that connects Reddit’s Sales organisation with the wider industry, giving voice to Reddit’s 100,000+ communities for advertisers of all sizes and verticals.

Timo has over 15 years of experience spanning a wide range of marketing, including B2C, B2B, communications, strategy, sales, brand, and product. Prior to Reddit, he worked at Instagram where he led global business marketing across brand and product for the company‘s business and advertising solutions.

Timo is passionate about creating audience-led work that enables businesses of all sizes to achieve their goals. He earned his bachelor’s degree in North American cultural studies and his M.A. in Political Science from the University of Bonn in Germany.
